We are delighted to announce the launch of our new Volunteer of the Month program! As many of you know, our club relies heavily on the incredible contributions of volunteers who dedicate their time, skills, and passion to make Royston Rugby Club the vibrant community that it is.

Our Club Runs on Volunteers!

From organizing matches, maintaining the grounds, and running the club to coaching, helping with fundraising events, and keeping our operations running smoothly—our volunteers are the backbone of Royston Rugby Club. Whether it's working behind the scenes or cheering from the sidelines, these efforts ensure the club's success both on and off the field. I would like to thank them for the fantastic support that they give to the club.

How You Can Help Us Recognize These Heroes:

• Nominate a Volunteer: We want to shine a spotlight on those individuals who go the extra mile. Every month, we invite you to nominate someone who has made a positive impact, whether by organizing a seamless match day, coaching our youth teams, running the social media, or even helping with a quiet task like cleaning the changing rooms or setting up training equipment.

Anyone can nominate, whether you're a player, parent, or supporter. Just tell us what your nominated volunteer has done that makes their efforts so special.

• Selection & Recognition: Each month, we’ll select one outstanding volunteer based on your nominations. The chosen Volunteer of the Month will be featured on our website and social media platforms, and they’ll receive a certificate and a special thank-you gift in recognition of their efforts.

This program is not just about celebrating one person each month—it’s a way for us all to acknowledge the incredible spirit of generosity and dedication that keeps our club running. We encourage everyone to take part by nominating and recognizing the many unsung heroes of our community.
