u12's vs Bishop Stortford

Great weather, very competitive game with Bishop Stortford - what more can you ask for. The day consisted of a match made up of 4 quarters which allowed the teams a breather to make player changes as well as provide some coaching tips. The hour was very competitive with some very good rucking by Bishop Stortford putting us under pressure. Our defence was very committed and some very good tackling was on display which did result in us putting very good pressure on Bishop Stortford. We scored some good tries as soon as the players started moving the ball out wide and utilising the space. It is fair to say that our opposition also scored good tries which made the match very attractive to watch.

Over the 4 quarters we drew 1, won 1 and lost 2 which is fine by us as we played some of the best rugby we have played all season on the day. The effort, determination and commitment was great to see - well done to the players.
