1. Introduction
Welcome to the 30th Hertfordshire County Contact Rugby Festival. We have 71 teams entered into the competition this year. Please can we ask you to ensure that you read this entire document, as there is important information throughout particularly relating to the parking arrangements (see section 4). We will be running a Park & Ride scheme this year with buses bringing you to the Clubhouse and returning you to the Car Parks later. Parking is Free, however we respectfully request that a Festival Programme is purchased at just £3 to cover the cost of buses with the remainder going 100% towards the betterment of the Club and kids Rugby Facilities. The Park & Ride has been implemented for the health and safety of officials, competitors and their families, however both main Car Parks are also an easy 10-15 minute walk should you wish to stretch your legs at the start or the end of the day.
