At Wilmotts Gym we are having an Open day on 9/6/18. On the day we will be having an open gym, BBQ, drinks and the main event being a fitness games.
We are looking for a few more people to sign up to take part in the Wilmotts Gym Games on the day. This includes varied fitness events with a scoring system! The winner will win 2months free membership and prizes for 2nd and 3rd. The events will have all types of fitness in, strength, endurance, power and circuits. It's open for male and female of mixed ability.

You don't have to take part in the games! Come down and just enjoy the BBQ. The open day is great opportunity to check us out, it will be a family fun day and we would love to have some of you down.
