The league fixture was a walk over league win for Royston as Harrow were unable to field an u17s team. The fixture was played as a friendly against their Colts team.
Royston depleted of a number of forwards and half backs had a poor start and struggled against the wind. Harrow capitalised scoring three unanswered tries and but for some resolute defending could have been further ahead. The second half started much better with an early converted try, but Royston then became the masters of their own down fall with poor discipline and players sin binning helping Harrow to maintain dominance. FT 7-29
