Tour Update

Dear Parents
Some exciting news!
Deadline Extended to 30th November.
We are today confirming fixtures for the tour and also introducing a DIY option.
Saturday 4th May 2019 at Coalville Rugby Club
Sunday 5th May at Market Bosworth. Triangular with Ashby.
Each fixture will involve rugby matches up to the time allowed by the rfu for the age group.
There will be plenty of rugby on offer for our players. This includes u13, 14,15 and girls teams, the matches can be scheduled to suit the older players so they can have their own activity time as we recognise the needs of the older players will be different to the minis. There will be flexibility to arrange specific activities for the older players.
We are also introducing a do it yourself option for tour, allowing you to book your own accommodation. The cost of DIY is £25 a head. The do it yourself option will include participation in the rugby, activities on site and a tour shirt, but no camping on site. Day visitors to the water park may be subject to additional parking charges. Visitors must stay locally – no day trips.
A few more updates :
• We have permission to organise catering on the Saturday. We are looking into a hog roast.
• Sponsors for tour are to be confirmed, please contact us if you want to be involved.
• We will shortly launch the competition for this year’s theme and shirt design and commence fundraising!
We have had strong level of bookings from mini age groups so far, we would encourage the older age groups to book on in the next week. It's only £15 deposit to secure your place. In the event of us not being able to raise a team the deposit will be refundable. So please get your friends together and all book on to make this tour the best yet!
