The application process has again changed so this is how I have to play it otherwise it will become horrendously complex.
Our current allocation is 23 tickets but I’m uncertain of the spread across prices as it is different for each game and it is not obvious until you begin to apply.
The first window for application for tickets priced in the “Entitlement” columns below ends on 20th July. So I must have your applications whether you are member or sponsor by this date. Please give me the following information apart from names and contact details, the exact details of what you wish ie Game, category and number; eg Samoa, Cat 1, 2 adult and 2 junior. Also indicate on the form what price you are willing to pay in the “Standard” column to cover ballot failure.
For away games please tell me number of tickets only as I will not know prices or the number we have been allocated until much later on.
To explain: we can get our 23 allocated tickets up to July 20th and there will be a ballot if necessary. After this date I can apply for more tickets at the standard prices, but only 4 per day, for a period of time and all Clubs and the England Supporters Club have priority here. I will do this to get as many tickets as requested/possible for our members and sponsors. After this second period the application process is “open season” and anyone can apply via the website at the Standard prices. As time goes by the seats available obviously diminish in number and it may be impossible to get more than 2 together in the “open season” or large groups in the second period.
Hence – APPLY EARLY AND ACCURATELY TO GIVE YOURSELVES THE BEST CHANCE OF GETTING WHAT YOU WANT
The 6 Nations will be similar and I will publish deadline dates and prices, similar to the Australia game, I guess, when I know them. You can apply now if you wish.
Italy 4th Feb, Scotland 24th Feb, France 10th Mar are the always
Wales 10th Feb and Ireland 17th Mar are at home
