The Club is Honoured to be part of this showcase of rugby in support of various injured players charities. The Club have been asked to support this event due to its success in developing rugby in the local area and ongoing support of the game in general.

The whole event is to raise funds for various injured players charities so the Royston Players are looking for support from the local community to help make the day a success.

We have some local Legends of our own playing in the Royston Team, Steve Greaves, Lee Fleming, Ted Greaves, Roderick Bisset, Paul Rabbetts, Stuart Habergham, Mat Bryant, Mark Lisher, Brian Bergin, Chris Ball, Steve Mills, Paul Greaves, Fabrice Turlais, Steve Clay, Dan Fox, Jason Turkington, Dave Parr, Jason Downes, Dave Rice, Derek Griffiths, Tom Cowan, Dave Ayliffe, Ben Carpenter, Allan Phillips, Darren Honey, Scott Easy to name but a few are all hoping to make an appearance in the black and white Royston Shirt to play and raise funds to support this worthy cause.

The Royston Match kicks off at 4:30pm at The Twickenham Stoop with the main England V Ireland Legends game kicking off at 7:45pm.
Tickets for the Legends game are available from Lee Fleming (07885900174), (lee@dses.eu) or direct from Harlequins Rugby online. Legends game Tickets are £20 for an adult and £6 for an U16 and if you can get there in time the Royston match is a bonus!
