It was the first of our summer multisport sessions and the coaches chose player led activities, with dodgeball, rugby rounders, then a game of touch rugby to finish off. The final game had a twist as the rugby ball was replaced with a water balloon! encouraging soft hands and providing a good laugh and refreshment when they burst!

There is more to it than simply having a laugh on the heath, these sessions develop key transferable sporting skills that our children will use in their rugby activities in the coming season!

For next week........ three minis members have been given homework to go away and make up the rules to a new game - so come and try and see how they get on!
